一)somogyi现象

1、somogyi现象即在黎明前（夜间）曾有低血糖，但症状轻微和短暂于睡眠中未被发现，但导致机体胰岛素拮抗激素分泌增加，继而发生低血糖后的反跳性高血糖。又音译为“索莫基现象或苏木杰现象”。

2、somogyi现象（低血糖后高血糖）：应用胰岛素治疗的严重糖尿病病人，容易在午夜发生中度低血糖，而后对抗胰岛素激素增加，如肾上腺素、生长激素、糖皮质激素、胰高糖素等，使血糖上升。由于本身病变，胰岛不能分泌足够的胰岛素，不能使血糖保持正常，而产生高血糖症，也可产生酮症。对此种空腹高血糖应需与真正的血糖升高相区别。

二)AWESOME是什么

意思：

1、 令人敬畏的、可怕的、有威严的；

2、 感到敬畏或畏惧的。

AWESOME是一个形容词。AWESOME的本意是"令人敬畏的"，美国人经常用来当感叹词，大大抒发内心的喜悦与赞美，表示太棒了。

2、用法不同：some：some用作代词的意思是“一些，若干”，指某些特定的或未知的人、物或事，也可表示“有些，其中的一部分”，常用于肯定句中。some作代词用作主语时，谓语动词的数应依其所代替的名词的单复数形式而定。any：any用作代词的意思是“无论哪个，无论哪些”，主要用来说明某一特定类型中的各人或对某一集体中的各个成员或对某事物的各个部分。any也可用在肯定句中，表示“任何事物”或“任何人”，常用于“any of...”结构。
